Mr. Chidambaran has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of iLearningEngines since November 2010. Prior to joining iLearningEngines, Mr. Chidambaran served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Products of Ninth Sense Inc. from 2008 to 2010 and as President of Goorka Inc. from 2004 to 2007. Mr. Chidambaran received a B.T. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Kerala College of Engineering, a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Idaho and a M.S. in Management from Stanford Graduate School of Business. Mr. Chidambaran is qualified to serve on the New iLearningEngines Board based on his substantial business, leadership and management experience in the technology sector.

Mr. Arackal has served as Chief Business Officer of iLearningEngines since February 2021, having previously served as Executive Vice President of iLearningEngines from 2014 to May 2020. Prior to joining iLearningEngines, Mr. Arackal served as Executive Director at Experion Biotechnologies Inc. from 2011 to 2014. Mr. Arackal received a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics & Communication from Mepco Schlenk Engineering College and his M.B.A. from G.R.Damodaran Academy of Management.

Mr. Samuels will serve as the Chief Legal Counsel, EVP — Corporate Affairs and Secretary of iLearningEngines. Mr. Samuels has served as Chief Legal Counsel and EVP — Corporate Affairs of iLearningEngines since October 2023. Prior to joining iLearningEngines, Mr. Samuels served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Definitive Healthcare Corp. (Nasdaq: DH), a provider of healthcare commercial intelligence from February 2021 to January, 2023. From October 2016 to November 2019, Mr. Samuels served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Legal Officer of ReferralMob, Inc., (“ReferralMob”) a mobile-only, peer-to-peer job referral platform, having previously served as Chief Legal Officer from 2015 to October 2016. Prior to joining ReferralMob, Mr. Samuels served as Chief Strategy Officer of Interactions Corporation, and served in a number of executive leadership positions, including as General Counsel for seven years and for two years as Chairman of the Board of Strategic Advisors, at EnerNOC, Inc. ((Nasdaq: ENOC) since renamed Enel X North America). Earlier in his career, Mr. Samuels served as General Counsel, Vice President Corporate Development and Secretary of International Integration, Inc. (Nasdaq: ICUB). Mr. Samuels served on the board of directors of ReferralMob from 2015 to 2019, Magnus Textile LLC from 2017 to 2018 and ANSWR from 2014 until 2017, each a private company. Mr. Samuels holds a B.A. from Brandeis University and a J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law.

Mr. Chary has served as Vice President of Consulting and Business Operations of iLearningEngines since June 2023 and previously served as iLearningEngines’ Associate Vice President of Consulting and Product Strategy from July 2019 to June 2023. Prior to joining iLearningEngines, Mr. Chary held multiple roles at Infosys Ltd. beginning in 2007, most recently serving as a Principal Consultant from 2014 to June 2019. Mr. Chary received a B.T. in Mechanical Engineering from Sardar Vallabhbhai National Institute of Technology, Surat and an M.B.A from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode.

Ms. Wang has served as the Vice President of Architecture, Integration and Support of iLearningEngines since February 2022. Prior to joining iLearningEngines, Ms. Wang served as a Senior Software Engineer for ByteCubed, LLC from 2017 to February 2022. From 2008 to 2017, Ms. Wang served as Principle.NET developer of SRA International, and from 2005 to 2008 Ms. Wang was an applications developer for L3 Technologies. Ms. Wang received a Bachelor’s degree in Law from ZhongShan University in China and a M.S. in Information Systems from George Mason University.
